Portable workspace backup and restore for migration from PostgreSQL to the desktop SQLite workspace. Includes environments, endpoints, saved API profile settings, identifiers, disabled rules, presets and favourites. Passwords, login tokens, request history and responses are excluded. Added branded executable, installer and window icons.

Removed license activation, license refresh requests and feature restrictions from the preview. Advanced presets, pack installation and cloud backup no longer require a license. Cloud features still require authentication. Simplified the download website.

The first Windows desktop prototype packages the React workspace and Java execution engine with local SQLite storage. It includes cloud account connection, optional Community enrollment, device-bound feature licenses, and an update client.

Basic execution and data export remain free. Cloud services and updates require a configured release server. Preview installers without a publisher certificate may display a Windows warning.
